Hi guys, oookay this week we see the return of a few of the movements that we learned in our first week of home programming. You get the opportunity to practice them again along with some new things.

Whiteboard Workout!

Wednesday

Recovery – stretching and outdoor steady state cardio

Thursday

Reverse Step ups, Deck Squats, Chair Dips, Chair Row

Pushups, Hollow Rocks, Air Squats

Bonus: Group KP walk outside 9:45.

Friday

SL DL, Cross Bench Pullover, V-sit, SA Trap 3 Raise, Jefferson Curl, Burpees, DB Thrusters

Saturday

Conditioning
