Reminder of the Spring Cleaning Party Saturday, April 25th. We are just looking for 10ish people, so if you are able to help out please send me an email and let me know. Also, if any handy men out there can make it with some tools (drills and such) that would be great! Got some repairs on the boxes to do.
Foundation sees a drop in the rep volume in week 3/4. Building loved week 1 so much they get much of the same in week 2/4 🙂 While Being gets barbell mania and increased running volume in week 2/4. Yay!

Wednesday:
Foundation – Putting a KB Into Submission + GETTING SCAP JACKED
Building – Rest (Go Jets Go?)
Thursday:
Foundation – Rest (Do You Wanna See Some Grand Slams?)
Building – BSQ + Bench + Chins & Dips
Friday:
Foundation – Back Squat + RDL + Shreddin Up Those Abzzzzzzzzzzz
Building – Clean & Jumping + Sleds Galore
Saturday:
Foundation – DB Bench & Ring Row + Curls + Running
Building – Snatch + Running For You As Well (yay)
