Building – Clean & Jerk + Bench Press + Upper Body Strength Circuit…. we finally get to use that big rope

Foundation – Bench Press & Pull Ups + Push Press & Ring Row + Airdyne

Tuesday:

Building – 3 Position Snatch + Back Squat + Row

Foundation – Hang Muscle Snatch + Front Squat + Ab Crusher X (trademark)

Wednesday:

Building – Rest

Foundation – Push Press & Airdyne + Kb Swing & Row + Lunges & Burpees

Thursday:

Building – Snatch + Hand Stand Push Ups + Death by Sled Push

Foundation – Rest

Friday:

Building – Clean & Jerk + Back Squat & Muscle Up + Row Sprints

Foundation – Deadlift + Back Squat & Muscle Up/Pull Up + Row Sprints

Saturday:

Building & Foundation – Aerobic Circuits….that will CRUSH YOU, nah we’ll have some fun though.

    Just wanted to say how awesome that Yoga class was last Saturday (October 19th).  It was a lot of fun and Caitlin did an amazing job leading everyone through (even someone like me who never does yoga!)  I definitely left there feeling great!
