Wednesday:

Building – Learn Square Dancing

Foundation – Deadlift & Pushup + Full Body Strength + Aerobic Power

 

Thursday:

Building – Snatch Complex + Back Squat & Pull Up

Foundation – Watch Lion King

 

Friday:

Building – Intense Max Aerobic Power – We Re-Visit an old friend from the 2013 Opens….

Foundation – Good Morning & DB Floor Press + Upper Body Strength + Row Sprints

 

Saturday:

Building – Snatch + Clean & Jerk + Front Squat + Gymnastic Skill

Foundation – Short Aerobic Intervals
