For the last month we have been running a “hybrid” of our foundation & building programs in order to prepare for the transition to a 2 program gym. Look at the simple definition of each program and figure out where you fit.
Foundation: Lean. Mobile. Balanced.
Building: Stronger. Faster.
The foundation program will run Mon*, Tue, Wed*, Thu-rest, Fri*, Sat.
* = most important days.
The building program will run Mon*, Tue, Wed-rest, Thu***, Fri*, Sat.
* = important days
*** = critical day
The building program is where we will phase in more olympic lifting. If you are near your body composition goals, are mobile enough to get into a good front squat position, and are ready for a different kind of challenge, then the building program is the place to be.
To accommodate the phasing in of the program we will have significant overlap b/t the programs on Mon, Fri & Sat.
Although you are welcome – as always – to use your program’s rest day as a “make-up” day, we highly encourage you to try and adjust to your program’s written days of the week.
