The Fit For 50 crew is looking for a few new members! What is that you ask? Well let me tell you.
The Fit For 50 class runs twice a week, every Tuesday and Friday at 11:30am. For an hour and 15 minutes the group of 50+ year olds is guided through a warm up and a specially designed workout program aimed at those who have been away from the gym for some time, or have never been at all. The movements in each workout are simplified in order to avoid injury or strain on previous injuries and the instructor is right there with you the entire way to ensure everything is done properly.
This is the perfect opportunity for anyone who has been struggling to get into shape by themselves. Now they can be in a supportive group with individuals in similar condition as we move toward establishing balance, stability and strength.
