How Sublime Works

Each class session is open to all levels of programming. There are no designated program times. Simply show up and train at your level, with the support of our coaches. We believe that every body – and every person’s goals – are unique. With us, there’s no guesswork. No hopeful training. We help you get after it every day and enjoy the results that come with it.

Trying to fix something you’ve decided that you hate about yourself isn’t the best way to make positive, long term changes to your life.

Shame and blame aren’t good motivators.

Instead try to come up with things you like and enjoy about yourself and try to improve those things. Let the things that you feel good about drive your progress.

You’re not gonna be able to have a healthy life by always doing what feels good in the moment. You will, quite often, have to have the discipline to decide consistently to do things that don’t feel great right now to remain on a healthy path. #sufferherestrongerthere

Some people wonder why it’s important for athlet

Some people wonder why it’s important for athletes to include strength and conditioning in addition to their sport specific training and practice. Here’s a bit of info to help explain the benefit.

It will help you improve your overall athletic ability and boost your muscular and cardiovascular endurance. It will contribute to a lean body composition, functional strength and balance throughout the joints and muscles.

Some things you will learn about and practice are compound strength movements with additional load, interval and steady state aerobic training, along with body weight gymnastic and mobility skills.

Combined with the fun of working with partners and team mates for team building, these programs help develop body awareness, and prevent injury.

And finally our first place finishers in the Novic

And finally our first place finishers in the Novice Women’s category, Marley and Laura, Salty Mugs. These two came out hot and you just couldn’t stop them 😁 Marley wished that the runs were twice as long and Laura showed up with a bag of beers everyday. Legends 🥇

Cristina and Mel: Rowing Pains, with a third place

Cristina and Mel: Rowing Pains, with a third place finish in the Novice Women’s category! These two absolutely blew us away with their first place finish in the finale. They started out slow and then just kept climbing 🥉

Tyler and Dylan: Metcon 5 with a second place fini

Tyler and Dylan: Metcon 5 with a second place finish in the men’s masters novice division! Congratulations 🥳 (the last pic is Ashton rubbing Tyler’s quads to make him feel better after his dramatic finale)
