Week Preview March 29-April 4

Hi everyone, it is a short week with a few holidays thrown in! Friday we’re gonna do a fun sampler workout with bits and pieces from the Crossfit Open that just finished. Sunday we will be closed for Easter so no Open Gym that day.

The schedule for April is up and there has been no change to our 25% capacity limit so please be courteous when booking and making cancellations, especially on weekends where we only have the one slot per day. Thanks!

Push ups, Rowing, Ext. Rotation, Powell Raise, Sled Drag + Lifting

Foundation: Pendlay Row, Back Squat
Building: Pwr Clean, Back Squat

Tuesday

Bike, Rev Step ups, Jefferson Curl, Hip Flex Raise, Couch Stretch + Conditioning

Wednesday

Conditioning and mobility

Thursday

Skipping, Shoulder Press, Chins, Sled Drag, 90/90 stretch + Lifting

Foundation: Deadlift, Push Press
Building: Push Jerk

Friday

Holiday Workout

Saturday

Conditioning or
Lifting: Snatch, CJ, FS
Being: HS walk Practice, DU’s
