Motivation for Whole30

Two biggest things that stand in the way of someone committing to the Whole 30 are understanding the potential benefits (the “Why”) and understanding the food options (the “How”).

Today I’ll point you toward two free Robb Wolf resources…

One is his Testimonials page, which is probably the most comprehensive sources of inspiration I’ve ever seen for giving this “Paleo” thing a try. You are bound to find someone you resonate with… go have a look.

The second is his Food Matrix which demonstrates that without being fancy in the kitchen there are 10s of THOUSANDS of meal combinations to try out. This doesn’t have to be complicated. The Food Matrix is essentially the same concept as the “Hot Plates” which are covered in Well Fed (my favorite paleo cookbook). I have lived by these things before, and they will make up probably 90% of my meals when I am doing the Whole30.
