Building: Hi Hang Pwr Clean, Back Squat

Tuesday

Bike, Step ups, Jefferson Curl, HF Raise, Couch Stretch + Conditioning

Wednesday

Conditioning and mobility

Thursday

Skip, Shoulder Press, Chin ups, Sled Drag, 90/90 + Lifting

Foundation: Deadlift, Push Press
Building: Push Jerk

Friday

Split Squat, Tib Raise, Back Extn, Tuck ups, Farmers Walk + Lifting                                                                                                                               

Foundation: Back Squat
Building: Hi Hang Pwr Snatch, Snatch DL

Saturday

Partner Workout

Lifting: Snatch + CJ + FS
