Monday:

Building – Snatch + Back Squat + A Little Lactic Power training 🙂

Foundation – Front Squat + Deadlifts + Full Body Strength Work

 

Tuesday:

Building – Clean Pulls + Max Aerobic Power Circuits (Involves Pull Ups, Push Ups, Deadlifts, Wall Balls…etc)

Foundation – SLED SPRINTS + Long Low % Aerobic Circuit (Row, Jump Rope, KBS..etc)

 

Wednesday:

Foundation + Building – Rest and Ring in the New Year. But actually take a moment to reflect on how many fitness goals you have accomplished this year. We are all guilty of wanting that next PR and sometimes forget how many we have left in the dust to get to where we are.

Thursday:

Building – Clean & Jerk + Back Squat + Some MORE Lactic Power Training (Over Head Squat + Row)

Foundation –  Beach Ready Bod Circuit (It’s never to early to sculpt the important muscles) Bench Press + Pull Ups + Full Body Strength Work

 

Friday:

Building – Snatch Pull + Intense Max Aerobic Power (S2OH, Burpees, DU… etc)

Foundation – A Little Lactic Power Training for you as well! (Thrusters, AD, Burpees..etc)

 

Saturday:

Building – Snatch & OHS + Clean & Jerk + Front Squat + Gymnastic Skill

Foundation – RDL + Full Body Strength Work
