Building – Power Clean + Push Jerk + Pushing & Pulling till you SWEAT HEAVILY WEEOOOO

Foundation – Back Squat & Pull-up + Full Body Strength + AirDyne

Wednesday:

Building – Finish my math homework… NERD ( I wish you guys could see how much this made me laugh…to myself)

Foundation – Deadlift + Full Body Strength + Row based aerobic work

Thursday:

Building – Overhead Squat + Back Squat & Pull Up + AirDyne & Push Ups

Foundation – Take my dog for a walk

Friday:

Building – Row Based Max Aerobic Power

Foundation – Good Morning + Upper Body strength work + Row Sprints

Saturday:

Building – Snatch + Clean & Jerk + Gymnastic skill + GO TO CROSSFIT 204 TO CHEER ON TEAM SUBLIME

Foundation – Aerobic circuits + GO TO CROSSFIT 204 TO CHEER ON TEAM SUBLIME
