Week Preview May 11 – May 16

Alright with restrictions being lightened for us, ever so slightly, we are now able to supplement our home workout program with some outdoor workouts that we can do together in small groups.

For those of you that have recognized during this time apart how much you thrive on the energy of the gym and the coaches and the other people around you, this time together enjoying some movement and having some laughs with your friends and getting some fresh air will be a welcome relief. It’s time to get excited about working hard again.

There are still many safety rules in place that must be followed, but leave that to us. You just have to show up and get moving!  

Monday

Floor Press, Cuban Rotation, Waiter Walk, Pistols, Pike Stretch, Burpees, Jump Lunges, Swings, Skipping

Tuesday

Running or Skipping, Calf Raises, V-ups, DB Front Squat, Glute Bridge, Bear Crawl, Broad Jumps, Air Squats

Bonus: Outdoor Parking Lot workouts

Wednesday

Recovery – stretching and outdoor steady state cardio

Thursday

Whiteboard Workout!!

Bonus: Outdoor Parking Lot workouts plus walking group

Friday

Walking Lunges, Cross-Bench Pullover, Leg Raises, Skipping, Couch Stretch, Swings, Push ups, FS, Jump Lunges, Push Press

Saturday

Conditioning
