Foundation: RDL, L sit, Split Squat, Tib Raise, Tuck ups, Flutter kicks

Building: Pwr Snatch, Clean Pull or Back Squat

Being: MU’s, HSPU’s

Friday

Foundation: Chins, Shoulder Press, Sled Drag, Couch Stretch, Trap 3, Cross Bench Pullover, SA DB OH Walking Lunge, V-ups, Row

Building: Jerk

Being: DB Snatch, T2B, Row
