Hi everyone! Our last Sublime Saturday event of 2019 is this Saturday! Join Coach Stacie for the HOPPER. We pick a few exercises and input them into the random generator and see what comes out (it’s usually something pretty normal so don’t be scared). It’s top secret though, you won’t find out what it is until you show up.

Foundation: Push up, Row, Ext. Rotation, Powell Raise, Sled Drag. Then: FS, KBS, Bike, WB, Skipping, Burpees
Building: Push Jerk
Being: P-Cl, FS, Row, T2B, DU, HSPU

Foundation: Bike, Step Ups, Jefferson Curl, Hip Flexor Raise, Couch Stretch
Building: Hang Pwr Snatch, Sn Deadlift or Back Squat
Being: Hang Squat Snatch, Box Jumps, Burpees

Sprints & Stretch
Thursday
Foundation: Skipping, Shoulder Press, Chins, Sled Drag, 90/90 stretch
Building: Push Jerk
Being: MU’s, HSPU’s
Friday
Foundation: Split Squat, Tib Raise, Back Extn, Tuck ups, Farmers Walk or Row
Building: Hi Hang Pwr Clean, Cln Deadlift or Back Squat
Being: Row + DU’s
