Sorry I’m late peeps, didn’t get in till later this morning then got right back to the grind. Had a great weekend in Calgary learning and working out in Michael FitzGeralds gym.

Building – Chin up work + Aerobic circuits

Foundation – Same ^^^

Wednesday:

Building – Rest

Foundation – Deadlift + Row & Bench Press + AirDyne

Thursday:

Building – Snatch + Back Squat + Full Body Strength work

Foundation – Rest

Friday:

Building – Power Clean + Hand Stand Push Ups + Double Unders + Airdyne

Foundation – Front Squat + Full Body Strength Work

Saturday:

Last Park Workout
