Hi everyone! I want to extend a huge thank you to Cathy and Richard for hosting our summer bbq, it was great as usual. Somehow the weather in their magical backyard is always nice.
ALSO an IMPORTANT note about signing up and attendance: The sign up process isn’t just for you. It is for you, and for us as staff, and other members. Many class based fitness studios have cancellation fees. We do not. Please respect our time and the other members by signing up in advance and keeping your booking if at all possible. Over the summer going forward I will cancel individual classes with no bookings.
This is the last week of this six month cycle! We deload slightly in preparation for Feats of Strength on Saturday. In this event you pick two strength movements for points to see who can win. I heard that Coach Ashton is making a special appearance to participate. Points system is as follows:
