Week Preview April 15-20

It’s a holiday weekend coming up but we have some fun stuff going on! Get your conditioning workout in on Good Friday with a 9:30 Around the World and then Saturday we have our Sublime Saturday Event – Feats of Strength!

We’ve been working towards this peak since the Fall for our Olympic lifts and have been focusing this cycle on our Big 3 lifts. Now’s your chance to pick your 2 strongest and see what you can do! After you’ve done your best to hit a 1 RM in your two choices you will compete in a third “top secret” strength event.

Here are your lift options and the points assigned per pound lifted:

Back Squat          1.25

Bench Press        1.625

Deadlift               1

Snatch                 2.25

Clean & Jerk       1.75

Monday

Foundation: Sled Push, Bicep Curl, Back Sq., DB Split Squat, Plank

Building: Add: Clean and Jerk

Tuesday

Foundation: Back Extension, Ex Rotation, Garhammer, Shoulder Press, Tib Raise

Building: Add: Snatch

Wednesday – Stretch and Mobility

Thursday

Foundation: Sled Push/Pull, Cross-Bench Pullover, Goblet Squat, Trap 3 Raise – Conditioning: Bike or Rower

Building: Add: Snatch, CJ

Friday

Foundation: Holiday Workout – Around the World

Saturday
