Week Preview Feb 25 – March 3

Hi everyone, we completed the 19.1 this weekend and had a great Saturday turnout of 19 people! The standings are as follows after week 1 of 5.

Women: Cristy, Lisa, Cathy with Kelly and Stacie on their heels.

Men: Brad, Nick, Curtis with Brent and Scotty close behind.

If endurance isn’t your thing or you’re a really short person, don’t worry! Next week might be completely different. Join Coach Scotty this coming Saturday for 19.2.

Monday

Foundation: Incline BB Bench, Ring Row, Sled Drive, Variety Stretch

Building: Push Jerk

Being: Add – Kipping Pullups

Tuesday

Everyone: Prep Work then WB Workout

Wednesday – Stretch and Mobility

You need this recovery work if you are doing the Open Workouts

Thursday

Foundation: RDL, L-sit, Split Squat, Tib Raise

Building: Add – Hang Snatch + Halting Snatch Deadlift or Back Squat

Being: Add – MU’s, HSPU’s

Friday

Foundation: DB Shoulder Press, Chins, Sled Drag, Couch Stretch, Trap 3 Raise, Cross-Bench Pullover

Building: Add – Push Jerk

Being: Add – No extra today

Saturday
