Week Preview Jan. 14-19

The first Sublime Saturday of 2019, the Partner Hopper, is coming up this Saturday, don’t miss it!

It’s a top secret workout that is a hybrid mash-up of randomly generated outputs polished off by the artful sadism of Coach B – those are his words exactly.

So look around the gym for someone reluctant and tell them they need to be your partner. Or just show up and see who you get 😉

Monday

Foundation: Incline Bench, Ring Row, Sled Drive, Stretches

Building: Pwr Clean & Jerk

Being: T2B & S2O

Tuesday

Everyone: Prep work + WHITEBOARD WORKOUT

Being: add DU’s

Wednesday – Stretch and Mobility

LOTS of back and hip flexor work.

Thursday

Foundation: RDL, L-sit, Split Squat, Tib Raise

Building: Pwr Snatch, Clean Pull or Back Squat

Being: Add: MU’s & HSPU’s

Friday

Foundation: DB Shoulder Press, Chin-ups, Sled Drag, Couch Stretch, Trap 3 Raise, Cross-Bench Pullover

Building: Add: Jerk

Being: Add: DB Snatch, TTB, Row

Saturday
