Hi everyone! First things first. Early morning people? Our morning coaches are lonely and also – imagine being the one person who shows up at 6 am and has to workout alone? Get your class filled up again guys!
Lots of competitions going on for our members this week. Laura is currently competing at the Ultimate USA Nationals in Denver and Cathy will be competing on Saturday at the World Police Fire Games at the U of M. Her competition includes 8 events that will begin at 7 am and likely last all day. Along with Mel, Dylan and I doing an all outdoor CrossFit comp in Altona. We can’t go to Denver to cheer for Laura but if anyone is interested in watching either of the other two events let me know and I’ll try to pass on details. PS Building people you don’t have to do those high volume squats again this week.
