Week Preview June 26 – July 1st

Hi everyone! Class will be on as per usual on Canada Day, July 1st and we will observe the holiday on July 3. If there are people around that want to workout that day let me know! I was thinking of planning an outdoor workout if there’s interest.

Conditioning & Stretch

Thursday

Poliquin Step Up, Shuttle Run, Dips or Incline Bench, Inverted Row, Frog Stretch

Foundation: Push Press, Sumo DL

Building: Snatch, CJ

Friday

Sled/Push Pull, Curls, Tricep Exten, BS

Foundation: Conditioning and abs

Building: Push Press, Strict Press

Saturday

Bench Press + AMRAP Conditioning
