Hi everyone!! We have a pretty fun week coming up! In my opinion anyway.
For workouts, we are in our last week of the Foundation strength cycle so you can test out your lifts and see where you’re at. And we have some fun (again, even in my opinion) conditioning challenges! You were ALL pretty much going to miss Quad Storm, so guess what? I saved it for you. This Tuesday, don’t miss it.
And finishing off with a grinding partner workout on Saturday and then afterwards we have the members BBQ at Cathy’s. Maybe you’ll need a refreshing swim.
