Week Preview June 12-17

Hi everyone!! We have a pretty fun week coming up! In my opinion anyway.

For workouts, we are in our last week of the Foundation strength cycle so you can test out your lifts and see where you’re at. And we have some fun (again, even in my opinion) conditioning challenges! You were ALL pretty much going to miss Quad Storm, so guess what? I saved it for you. This Tuesday, don’t miss it.

And finishing off with a grinding partner workout on Saturday and then afterwards we have the members BBQ at Cathy’s. Maybe you’ll need a refreshing swim. Maybe you’ll be so sore you need to go in her hot tub. Either way, even if you’ve got a busy weekend happening, feel free to just stop in and say hello! Sign up on MindBody asap!

Push ups/Dips, Ring Row, Sled Push, Sprints, Stretch

Foundation: Hip Thrust, BTN Strict Press

Building: Hang Clean, Push Jerk

Friday

Everyone: Conditioning – lots of running 😉

Saturday

Partner Workout! Then BBQ!
