Week Preview Dec. 13-18

Our holiday party is coming up this Friday! Be sure to add your name to the list on the desk if you are joining us!  This week in our programming we will be moving to less volume and heavier weights with our lifting and back to the WB Workout with a Crossfit classic- Fight Gone Bad. Saturday we are doing sprints, most likely with a smaller group if our party is as fun as I think it’ll be 🙂

Thursday

Shoulder Press, Chins, Sled Drag, CBP, Couch Stretch + Lifting

Foundation: Strict Press, Hip Thrust

Building: Hang Pwr Clean, Push Jerk

Friday

Band pull ins, Nordics, Trap 3, Calf Raises

Everyone: Tempo FS BS

Saturday

Conditioning: Spints

Lifting: Snatch, CJ, FS
