Week Preview Aug 16-21

This is our last working week of this cycle. We’re gonna finish it off with our Feats of Strength on Saturday where we test to see where all the hard work we’ve done in the past few months has gotten us. Next week we will deload and then begin fresh and return to regular Oly lifting training for the Building group.

Back Squat (Building OHS), Sled push, curls, split Squat, Plank + Lifting
