Week Preview Aug 2-7

Okay! The order of our workouts is going to change a bit here, due to the short week. We are going to have lifting on Tuesday, conditioning on Thursday, and a combo of lifting and conditioning on Friday and Saturday. I’m taking this one weekend coming up off so you’ll see more of Ashton, Krissy and Stacie because they were all kind enough to work a few extra shifts.

Back Squat (Building OHS), Incline Bench, Chins, Step ups + Lifting

Foundation: OHS, Sumo Deadlift
Building: Back Squat, Front Squat

Thursday

Conditioning Fun Day!

Friday

Long Run, Sled, Split Squat + Lifting

Foundation: Lunges, Bent Over Row
Building: Push Press, Strict Press

Saturday

Bench Press + Conditioning
