Week Preview Nov. 19-24

The Hopper happened on Saturday, with 2 parts, making for a really fun competition!

Highlights: Grayson and Ashley smashing their previous front squat PR’s. Cristina front squatting 170 for 2, Evo almost coming in at regional athlete time in part B, and of course, Stacie’s kipping. Great job everyone!

Monday

Foundation: DB chest fly, Trap Raise, Sled Drag, Curls, Tricep Press

Building: Add: Push Press

Being: Add: HSPU & DU

 

Tuesday

Foundation: Skipping, plank, DB Walking Lunge, Tibialis Raise, SL Back Ext, SL Band Hip Flexion

Building: Add: Hi Hang P-Sn & Sn Deadlift OR Back Squat

Being: Add: Thrusters, Box Jumps, Burpees

 

Wednesday: Stretch & Mobility

Active rest with stretching! Ask a friend to come chat with you while you stretch. Or Coach Claire will chat with you too.

 

Thursday

Foundation: Row or Bike, CGBP or Ring Dips, DB Row, Sled Push/pull, Couch Stretch

Building: Add: Push Press

Being: Add: MU, DU

 

Friday

Foundation: Calf Raise, Nordic Curl, Garhammer Raise, Front & Back Squat

Building: Add: Hi Hang P-Cln, Cln Deadlift

 

Saturday

Foundation Conditioning: WB, KBS, Bike, Burpees, Sled, Row

Building/Being Lifting: Handstands, SN, CJ

    Is there a 6am session on Wednesday’s?

      6 am slots on Wednesdays will start beginning of Dec.
