Week Preview: April 16 – 21

Week 2 Coming At Ya! A little increase in volume, a little increase in intensity. Stick to those percentages, we will continue to build on those!

Monday:

Foundation – BSQ + Split Sq & Twists + Hip Ext. & Leg Raises

Building – Snatch + Jerk + BSQ

 

Tuesday:

Foundation – FSQ + DB Bench & Chins + DD Push Press / Push Ups / Row

Building – Clean Complex + Push Press + Bike / Push Ups / Ring Rows

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – Intervals (Bike/Box Jump/Squats/KBS/Burpees)

Building – Rest Up!

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Rest Up!

Building – Intervals (Bike/Box Jump/Walking lunge/KBS/Burpees)

 

Friday:

Foundation – BSQ + Intervals (Hollow Rock / Push Ups / Elbow Plank / Side Over Arch)

Building – Psn + C&J + BSQ

 

Saturday:

Hopefully Some Running 🙂
