How Sublime Works

Each class session is open to all levels of programming. There are no designated program times. Simply show up and train at your level, with the support of our coaches. WALL OF FAME ALERT! Marley started coming to Subli

WALL OF FAME ALERT! Marley started coming to Sublime when she was 12 years old and they called her Mighty Marley. But since her return as an adult she’s finally had the 3 consecutive years she needs to get up on that Wall.

We don’t really use nicknames anymore but the other day Ryan called her Bob Marley because, more often than not, she uses mens Rx weights.

Her training goal is still the same as it was when she was 12, and that’s to be the best athlete and ringette player she can be. Except now, 10 years later, she’s playing in the NRL.

Lately things have come full circle for Marley, as the next challenge she is taking on is coaching youth athletes at Sublime who are just like she was.

Her first year back at Sublime as an adult she didn’t talk to anyone at all, but if you ask her about Sublime now? Be ready. She’s got a 17 minute speech prepared on how it’ll change your life. Can’t wait to see how great Sublime becomes with Marley’s energy behind it.

WALL OF FAME ALERT! Larissa has been with us at S

WALL OF FAME ALERT!

Larissa has been with us at Sublime for 3 years now! When Larissa first started I did not think she would stick around. She was very hesitant to commit to a membership and she lived quite far away from the gym. She just seemed to have a lot of barriers that would prevent her from being one of our long time members. But here she is, 3 years later, celebrating her anniversary! Her attendance has had it’s ups and downs but she is a member of our community and will be the first person to tell you how unique and special it is to her.

Larissa never gives up on the idea that she will be able to get to a place where she is thriving, mentally and physically, and is on a continuous journey of striving to be better. I love this about her, she never gives up. We’ve had several disagreements about her splashing her BCAA’s all over the gym floor, but they always get resolved 😁

Congratulations Larissa! So happy you’ve been with us for so long and hope you stick with us for many years to come!
