Nice work on Saturday, and I’m not talking about the workout….

Foundation is in week 3/4 and it’s a new phase for Building. The opens are over!

Monday:

Foundation – Deadlift & Pull Up + DB Bench

Building – Snatch + Full Body Strength

 

Tuesday:

Foundation – Aerobic Circuits (KBS, Row, Wall Ball, AD, Burpees, Step Ups)

Building – Sots Press + Jerk Behind Neck + Back Squat + Row

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – Aerobic Intervals (Row, AD, Sled, Jump Rope)

Building – Rest

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Rest

Building – Power Snatch + Snatch accessory work + Back Squat

 

Friday:

Foundation – Deadlift & Bench + Pull ups & Split Squats

Building – UB Strength + Aerobic conditioning (AD, KB, Box Jump)

 

Saturday:

Foundation – CrossFit Aerobic (Step Ups, Jump Rope, KBS, Sit Ups, Wall Balls, Burpees)

Building – Clean and Jerk + Front Squat + Short Lactic Power (PCleans + AD)
