Week Preview Jan.20 – 26

First off I want to thank everyone who came out this past Saturday to celebrate our 1yr anniversary. I was blown away by the attendance, I really was. It means a lot to me that you all were able to set aside a couple hours on your Saturday to celebrate with us. Here’s to another great year!

It’s a new phase…and it’s a doozy.

Monday:

Building – Clean & Jerk + CP Battery (EMOTM with Power Clean, MU, Deadlifts, Box Jumps, HSPU)

Foundation – Sumo Deadlift (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NfQH2od4odU) + Full Body Strength

 

Tuesday:

Building – Skill Work (DOUBLE UNDERS) + Lactic Endurance (Back Squat + Burpees)

Foundation – Sled Drag & Push + Aerobic intervals (Row & AD)

 

Wednesday:

Building – Rest

Foundation – Low Incline Bench + DB Floor Press & Rope Climb + Single leg RDL

 

Thursday:

Building – Snatch + CP Battery EMOTM(Power Snatch, T2B, KBS, Ring Dips, Push Ups)

Foundation – Rest

 

Friday:

Building – Lactic Endurance (AirDyne)

Foundation – Front Squat + Bench Press + Full Body Strength

 

Saturday:

Building – Max Aerobic Power Stations, (Wall Ball, Row, Burpee, Shoulder 2OH, DU, Power Snatch, DU…ect)

Foundation – Lactic Power Intervals (AirDyne) + Aerobic Tester (KBS + Sit Ups)
