“Hey everybody! So it looks like Spring might be around the corner!”
That’s how I started this blog post last week. I mean, who in their right mind says that at the beginning of April? Who?
Anyway, no workouts on your side walk until this snow melts but that’s ok. We’ve got a killer Whiteboard Workout coming on Thursday this week. I tested it out already. Loved it. Got a couple more coaches back to work here so you don’t have to see my face EVERY DAY. Things are progressing well.
Keep posting your photos and feedback! Everyone loves to see it and so do I. Even if you think your pictures are boring it really helps us as a group to see others doing what we’re doing. It’s much more motivating. I also think it’s really great how you are getting your family members involved in your workouts and doing them together (my kids are often grumpy and frustrated and feeling lonely, but they so clearly perk up when I get them to exercise, it’s well worth it).
