Week Preview July 1-6

Hey gang, we have a new coach starting this week! Her name is Krissy and you’ve probably seen her around as she’s been shadowing at Sublime since April. Give her a warm welcome when you see her this week!

Krissy is a personal trainer with 6 yrs experience training in class settings and with one-on-one clients. Krissy only recently discovered her love for competition and competed in her first ever bodybuilding competition with the WNBF where she won her Pro card in Bikini and is planning on competing again. Krissy is really excited about coaching at Sublime, and with her enthusiasm and fresh insight, she will provide a great addition to our team. You will likely see Krissy at 6 am, 9:45 and on Saturday mornings.

Krissy has a Bachelor of Science from the U of M (Nutritional Science), a CanFitPro PTS Certif., has completed her APWW weightlifting exam, and has begun studying for the NSCA CSCS designation.

Okay in the program this week! We’re closed Monday. Rest up! You’re gonna need it. New cycle begins Tuesday and the Whiteboard Workout is back on Thursday. I know you guys have been enjoying your Wednesday conditioning but we’re gonna have regular programming on Wednesday this week to make up for the holiday.

Tuesday

Foundation: Seated Good Morning, Garhammers, Step-ups, Tib Raise, Pigeon

Building: Power Snatch, Clean Pull or Back Squat

Being: C2B, DU’s, Bear Crawl

Wednesday

Foundation: Turkish Get up, Chin-ups, Sled Drag, Couch Stretch, Trap 3 Raise, Cross Bench Pullover

Building: Jerk

Being: Hang Snatch, Burpees, WB, Thrusters, Box Jump

Thursday

Everyone: Whiteboard Workout!!

Being: Add DU’s

Friday

Foundation: Band Pull In, Nordic Curl, DB Calf Raise, Tempo Front/Back Squats

Building: Power Snatch

Being: HSPU’s, Rope Climb, Peg Board or Ring pull ups

Saturday

Conditioning: 45 min (running, skipping, BJSD etc)

Lifting: Snatch, CJ, FS

Being: Handstand Practice
