Week Preview – Dec 29-Jan 3

Okay this is the last week of this 6 month cycle, which is fitting (since it’s also the very end of the year) but also weird (because it’s on Christmas holidays). Anyway we’re going to march ahead as normal with our biannual Feats of Strength on Saturday right where it should be, giving you guys the chance to test out two lifts of your choice (see chart below). We shall see if a bit of extra food and rest helps you achieve higher numbers 🙂

Monday

Back Squat, Sled Drag, Incline Bench, Chins, Rev Step up

Foundation: Push Press, Sumo Deadlift
Building: FS, Clean Complex

Tuesday

Interval Conditioning – There are a few conditioning workouts I actually enjoy and this is one of them

Wednesday

New Years EVE – Join Krissy for some chill conditioning and a relaxing stretch (before you attempt to do something festive enough to allow you to be sleeping by 10:30 like me??)

Thursday

New Yeays Day – CLOSED

Friday

DL, TGU, Band Pull in, Nordic, Powell Raise

Foundation: Lunge/Back Squat complex, Row
Building: CJ, Snatch

Saturday

Feats of Strength!! (if you’re not interested in spending this hour lifting as heavy as you can this class is not for you)
