ALRIGHT Christmas is here! In case you hadn’t noticed. . .  It’s that one week and a half (that’s already started) where I get 110x more grumpy than usual 🙂 Happy Holidays

Building: Snatch, CJ

Tuesday

WB Workout! (OMG I lied twice, it’s seriously possible there’s another one next week as well, I obviously have no idea)

Wednesday

Christmas EVE – Join me for The Grinch! One class only 9:30 am (my grumpiness will conveniently peak the morning of)

Thursday

Christmas Day – CLOSED

Friday

Boxing Day – Holiday Workout, Join Coach Stacie for 12 Days of Fitmas, a much loved holiday classic.

Saturday

Bench Press, Interval Conditioning
