WB Workout! (I lied last week, we’re still sneaking one more in before the end of 2025!)

Wednesday

Conditioning and Stretch

Thursday

Step ups, Sled Drag, Ring Dip or Push ups, Inverted Row, Couch Stretch

Foundation: Split Squat, Bent Over Row
Building: Push Press, Strict Press

Friday

DL, CBP, L-sit, Trap 3, Jefferson Curl

Foundation: Conditioning, Core
Building: Snatch, CJ

Saturday

Bench Press, partner Conditioning
