Foundation: Push Press, Sumo Deadlift
Building: Snatch, CJ

Friday

Nordic, L sit, External Rotation, Lateral Raise, KOT Split Squat

Foundation: Interval Conditioning, Core
Building: Push Press, Strict Press

Saturday

Bench Press, AMRAP Conditioning
