Week Preview Sept 30-Oct 5

Hi everyone, it’s a short week coming up, with a holiday partner workout on the Monday. We begin a new cycle this week, and WB workouts are back!

Also, I just wanted to say that showing up at 6 or 7 am and being the only person in the class must kinda suck. So morning people, get your butts back to class and don’t let your workout buds end up being there all alone!

Conditioning & Stretch (test out single baseline if you want)

WB Workout!

Friday

Shoulder Press, Chins, Rev Sled, Rev Step up, Copenhagen

Foundation: CG Bench Press, Landmine SL DL
Building: Cleans, BTN Jerk

Saturday

45 min @ aerobic pace
