Week Preview August 5-10

Okay it’s a short week. With no classes on the holiday Monday that’s a great opportunity to go do something active outside. Our days are shuffled around a bit so take note, and I’m hopeful we can do an outdoor workout at the park on Saturday.

Foundation: Pendlay Row, Back Squat
Building: OHS, Snatch

Wednesday

Conditioning & Stretch

Thursday

CBP, Cuban Rotation, Farmer carry, Sled Push, Pike Stretch

Everyone: Aerobic Pace Conditioning

Friday

Row, Calf Raise, V ups, FS, Leg Curls

Foundation: RDL, Landmine Press
Building: CJ complex, Push Press

Saturday

Outdoor Park Workout (weather permitting)
