Week Preview July 29 – August 3

Hi everyone! New cycle begins Monday! If you haven’t been around much this is a great time to get back into things.

We had a great time at the Outland Games this weekend! With Marley and Brock placing 2nd and Dylan and I coming in 8th in Intermediate. As well as Laura and her husband Jon placing 7th and Tyler and Elisabeth placing 11th in the Scaled category. Each level had 16 teams competing.

Thank you to Michelle for coming out and working all day in the sun as our media person and Ben who coached us on how to loosen up our form. If you think you’d like to try out a competition next year this is a great one to start with. It’s has a very casual and fun atmosphere and it’s only one day.

Split Squat, Tib Raise, Back Extension, Tuck ups, Farmers Carry

Foundation: Interval Conditioning
Building: BS

Saturday

August Long Partner Workout (if you’re in town be there or be square)
