Conditioning (running) & Stretch

Thursday

WB Workout (Claire’s favourite!)

Friday

BS, Sled Drag, Incline Bench, Chins, Rev Step up

Foundation: Push Press, Sumo Deadlift
Building: Push Press, Strict Press

Saturday

Bench Press + AMRAP Conditioning
