Building – Snatch + Clean & Jerk + Front Squat

 

Tuesday:

Everyone – Kyle’s Favourite – Intervals (Row/Burpees/Sled/WB/Bike)

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – 30 min Aerobic (Bike/Skip/DL/Man Makers/PP/Pistols/RR

Building – Rest

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Rest

Building – Snatch, BSQ, Press

 

Friday:

Foundation – FSQ, Intervals (Burpees/Sled/WB/Bike)

Building – OHS, Press, Intervals (DU/Bike/Box Jump)

 

Saturday:

Join Coach Cathy for a short but intense partner workout! (Row/Lunge/KBS/Box Jumps/Bike)
