Week Preview July 17-22

Hi everyone! Given the feedback I got last week, you guys are in for another week of nice, hard training.

A couple of fun things coming up at the end of the month, Dylan and Mel and I are competing at the Outland Games in Altona on July 29 and on the same day Cathy will be competing and the Winnipeg Police and Fire Games and the U of M.

Monday

Sled Running, Curls, BS, Tricep Extension, Butterfly Stretch

Foundation: Push Press, Sumo DL

Building: BS, FS

Tuesday

WB workout! (this one is very typical don’t worry)

Thursday

Rev Step up, Rev Sled, Dips or pushups, Inverted Row, Couch Stretch

Foundation: Lunge/BS Superset, Bent Row

Building: Snatch, CJ

Friday

DL, CBP, Lsit, Trap 3, Jefferson Curl

Foundation: Rowing, Abs

Building: PP, SP

Saturday

Bench Press + Partner Conditioning
