Tuesday:

Everyone – BSQ + Rowing & Sled Intervals

 

Wednesday:

Everyone – Deadlift + Bench + Strength Work

 

Thursday:

Everyone – Intervals (Burpee/Step Up/Farmer Carry) + WhiteBoard Workout! (Row/KBS/Bike)

 

Friday:

Foundation – Incline Bench + Upper Body Strength

Building – C&J + Push Press & Push Jerk + Intervals (DU/K2E/Burpees)

 

Saturday:

Sublime Saturday Series Event The Big Three! Come Out And Test One Of, Or All, Bench, BSQ, And Deadlift!
