Bulgarian Split Squat, QL Extension, SL Back Extension, Band Hip Flexion, Weighted Butterfly

Wednesday

Conditioning & Stretch

Thursday

TGU, CGBP or Dips, Sled Drag, Gorilla Row, Couch Stretch

Foundation: DL, Landmine Press

Building: 3 pos clean + FS, Push Press

Friday

Everyone: Tempo FS BS

Saturday
