TGU, CGBP or Dips, DB Row, Sled Drag, Couch Stretch

Foundation: DL, Push Press

Building: 3 position Clean + FS complex, Push Press

Friday

Calf Raise, Nordic, Garhammer

Everyone: Tempo FS/BS

Saturday
