Building: Snatch, CJ

Friday

Sled Push/Pull, CBP, Goblet Squat, Trap 3, Couch Stretch

Foundation: Intervals, Abs
Building: Push Press, Strict Press

Saturday

Bench Press & Partner Conditioning
