Thursday

Rev Step ups, Sled Drag, Ring Dip or Incline Bench, Inverted Row, Frog Stretch

Foundation: BB Split Squat, BB Row

Building: Snatch, CJ

Friday

DL, CBP, Straddle L-sit, Trap 3, Jefferson Curl

Foundation: Tabata, Stretching
Building: Push Press, Strict Press

Saturday

Bench Press & AMRAP Conditioning
