Foundation – Deadlift + Press + Push Ups & Rowing

Building – Deadlift + Push Press + Push Ups & Rowing

 

Tuesday:

Foundation & Building – “For Time” (Run/KBS/Burpees)

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – Single Arm Work + Fun with Sleds

Building – Rest

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Rest

Building – Snatch + FSQ + Rowing Intervals

 

Friday:

Foundation – Sumo Deadlift + Bench + DB Press + Supinated Hang

Building – C&J + Push Press + DB Press + Supinated Hang

 

Saturday:

Foundation & Building – Front Squat + Team Workout (WB/Run/KBS/Burpees/BJ)
